Just two hours by train from Paris, the largest city in Flanders offers a wide range of activities for the weekend. Classic masterpieces, industrial heritage, trendy shopping, trips to estaminets, gourmet breaks, or vintage flea markets are on the program. An attractive alternative to Brussels and Amsterdam.
Bruges

Bruges, the “Venice of the North” owes its rich heritage to its flourishing trade which developed from the Middle Ages. A small miracle, Bruges has retained all the beauty of its golden age. Superb walks await you in the alleys and canals of this city, one of the most romantic in Europe.

Amsterdam

Amsterdam is also – and above all – a place brimming with life, the streets full of surprises. A capital open to all, in the form of a large village, whose canals, lined with sumptuous mansions, seem to have not changed since the Dutch Golden Age. Its museums, with fascinating exhibitions, are among the most important in Europe. As for its nightlife, it has something to delight revelers, between brown cafes, dance floors and concert halls.
In the land of tulips, in Holland

In April, Holland is covered with flowers. The best spot to see the fields of multicolored tulips? About twenty kilometers south-west of Amsterdam, between Haarlem and Leiden. A jewel of the region, the Keukenhof park exhibits millions of bulbs over 32 hectares. Enchanting.

Copenhagen

How can you resist the call of the Danish Little Mermaid? Built on two islands and crisscrossed by canals, Copenhagen can be explored on foot or by bike, as a couple or as a family. Stockholm

Built on fourteen islands at the mouth of Lake Mälaren, the Swedish capital is home to a beautiful old town: Gamla Stan. But also museums, waterfront parks, bohemian neighborhoods, designer shops … Here, the bike is king and the walker immediately feels good. Stockholm is an enchanting city, especially during the long summer evenings, when the sun doesn’t seem to want to set.
Oslo: in Europe

Ready for an invigorating city break in Norway? Between fjord and forest, Oslo is undoubtedly the European capital closest to nature.
